Responsibilities
Quote and sell leads (existing customers, online survey) and train service
personnel to quote and sell leads. Recruit and organize a team of servicemen.
Equip and train them with Total Home Services paraphernalia, communication
tactics and etiquette to see a job through completion. Establish a system of
scheduling, quote tracking and post-job customer communication.
Skills
Proficient to advanced level with Microsoft Office products. Must have a basic
working knowledge of home construction. Well-spoken, bookkeeping.
Other
Dependable transportation. Background check. E-mail is necessary. Payroll is
dispersed by direct deposit only.
