stain yellowing is not produced from the acid in urine. Oftentimes, it is the
yellow dyes contained in your pet's food. In such a case, we must treat
the stain as a dye stain and not an acid based stain.
Our truckmount carpet cleaning units heat the cleaning solution to 250
degrees just before we begin the hot steam extraction process. In our
pet-stain chemical mixx are live enzymes that will prevent bacteria, mold,
mildew and many viruses from reproducing.
If the stains are not removed with this lesser expensive process, our final
option is to patch for permanent stains. Our company performs
all-of-the-above several times a day.
Pet Odor
Odor can be handled by 1) steam injections or 2) disengage carpet,
remove and replace padding, treat and seal sub-floor, treat and clean
underside and topside of the carpet, re-stretch carpet to 'drum tight'.
1) Our steam injection and topical treatment works about 95% of the time
for small to medium volume dogs (86% for cats) and is less costly than
method #2.

We have a high odor-removal success rate with leather. Our on-site
(non-guaranteed) procedure gives the leather a three-stage chemical bath followed
